SULSA Inaugural Research Symposium

Keynote speaker: Nobel Laureate Professor Sir Tim Hunt
This one-day meeting featured presentations from international leaders in Cell, Systems and Translational Biology, including recently recruited SULSA Research Professors Manfred Auer, Peter Swain, Ferenc Nagy and Tibor Harkany.
The Opening Lecture was given by Professor Sir Tom Blundell, Chair of the SULSA International Advisory Board, and the Keynote Lecture by Nobel Laureate Professor Sir Tim Hunt.
During lunch there were exhibitions of SULSA-supported state-of-the-art research facilities and cutting-edge technology platforms. And SULSA PhD students presented posters of their work.
The meeting concluded with a drinks reception for all delegates.
